1. General Terms

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging into an existing account, or otherwise using any part of the 876bat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the Bonus Terms published on the 876bat Bonus page.
876bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
876bat is an adult platform. Access to and use of the 876bat platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Requirements

Age Verification (KYC)

3. Account Registration
Each player may hold exactly one registered account on 876bat. Registration is free and requires accurate personal information.
Registration Requirements
To register an account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not provide false, misleading, or third-party information at registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any registered information changes (for example, a change of mobile number or email address), you must update your account details promptly via the account settings page or by contacting 876bat support.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 876bat username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 876bat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have notified 876bat of unauthorised access in writing.
876bat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account using SMS OTP. Enabling 2FA adds a significant layer of security against unauthorised access. 876bat is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to protect their account credentials.
Duplicate Account Policy
876bat strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating a second account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is prohibited. If a player is found to hold more than one account:
- All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
- Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
- Withdrawals pending across duplicate accounts may be cancelled pending investigation.
- In cases of deliberate fraud, balances across all accounts may be forfeited.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 180 days. 876bat reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts with a remaining real-money balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and contact support if needed.
Account Transfers
Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your 876bat account or any portion of its balance to another person. Attempts to transfer account ownership will result in the suspension of both accounts involved.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
876bat supports instant local payment methods for Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions on the platform are governed by the following terms.
Deposit Terms
- Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), Visa/Mastercard.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
- Maximum deposit: Subject to your chosen payment method's per-transaction limits and any limits set within your 876bat account settings.
- Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours.
- Fees: 876bat does not charge any fee on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.
- Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms
- Supported methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Cross-method withdrawals may require additional verification.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
- KYC requirement: Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at 876bat's discretion.
- Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard BST business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
- Fees: 876bat does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's own fee schedule applies independently.
- Bonus funds: Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover requirements will void the active bonus.
- Right to withhold: 876bat reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of bonus compliance. Players will be notified of any delay.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): 876bat operates in compliance with standard offshore AML practices. All transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. Players are prohibited from using 876bat as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any account suspected of AML-related activity will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be referred to the relevant authorities as required.
5. Bonus Policy
876bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published on the Bonus page.
General Bonus Rules
All bonus offers on 876bat are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be staked before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
- One active bonus at a time: A player may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and uncleared will void the previous bonus.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute 100% of the staked amount. Specific contribution rates are published per offer.
- Minimum odds requirement: Sports bets placed to clear a sportsbook bonus must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50. Bets at lower odds do not count toward wagering requirements.
- Expiry: All bonuses expire within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per market is ৳2,000. Exceeding this limit voids the bonus.
- 876bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. In the event of a bonus withdrawal, any qualifying completed wagers will be honoured.
Promotional & Seasonal Offers
876bat runs seasonal promotional campaigns timed around major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), as well as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). Seasonal promotions are announced on the Bonus page and via registered player notifications.
Seasonal promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules above unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Any conflict between a seasonal offer's specific terms and these General Bonus Rules will be resolved in favour of the specific offer's terms.
Bonus Abuse
876bat monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine play, exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers.
Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, may have their withdrawal rights restricted, and may be subject to permanent closure. 876bat's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
6. Betting Rules
The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the 876bat platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets available on the MT Live sportsbook.
General Sportsbook Rules
A bet is considered placed and binding once it has been confirmed by the 876bat system and a bet ID has been issued. It is the player's responsibility to check the bet slip confirmation before leaving the bet placement screen. 876bat is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
876bat reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the odds were published due to a technical error; the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed; there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation; or the bet was placed after the event or market outcome was known (commonly known as "past-posting").
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by event, competition, and market type. Current stake limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. 876bat reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual players without notice, particularly where betting patterns suggest advantage play or arbitrage.
Settlement & Results
All markets are settled using the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for BPL matches, FIFA for international football). 876bat aims to settle all markets within 30 minutes of the final result being officially confirmed. In-play markets are settled on the result at the point the event ends, including any official overtime or super-over where applicable.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all open bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance unless a minimum portion of the event has been completed as specified by the relevant sport's rules (e.g., a cricket match where the Duckworth-Lewis method produces an official result).
Casino & Slots Rules
All casino games and slot titles offered on 876bat use certified random number generators (RNG) verified for fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous rounds, bet size, or player history.
In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed server-side according to the result determined at the point of disconnection. The result of the server-side completion is final and binding.
Game malfunction voids all pays and play. If a technical fault interrupts a game session in a way that cannot be resolved by server-side completion, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 876bat platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

- Holding more than one account on the platform.

- Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit the platform's pricing or promotional structure.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 876bat support staff or other players in any communication channel.
- Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions through your payment provider after placing bets with those funds.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, where you are aware of that prohibition.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Upon detection or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, 876bat may take any or all of the following actions at its sole discretion:
- Immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account without prior notice.
- Void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of suspected prohibited conduct.
- Forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds.
- Withhold any withdrawal requests pending investigation.
- Share account information and transaction records with relevant law enforcement, regulatory, or financial intelligence authorities.
- Pursue civil or criminal legal proceedings where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence or causes financial damage to 876bat.
876bat's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is made in good faith based on available evidence. 8. Account Suspension & Closure
Both players and 876bat may close an account. This section explains the process, consequences, and rights applicable to account suspension and closure in all scenarios.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your 876bat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Before closing your account, ensure that:
- All pending bets have been settled or are explicitly cancelled at your request.
- Any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn to your registered payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000 will be forfeited upon closure.
- Any active bonus has been noted as forfeited — bonus funds and associated winnings are voided upon voluntary account closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
876bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for platform-initiated suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
- Compliance with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
- Account inactivity beyond 180 days where the balance has been fully depleted.
Where a suspension is applied pending investigation, 876bat will aim to notify the player by email within 48 hours and complete any investigation within 14 business days. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted before the suspension was applied will be reviewed as part of the investigation.
Effect of Closure & Right to Re-register
Upon permanent account closure — whether player-initiated or platform-initiated — all personal data associated with the account will be retained in accordance with the 876bat Privacy Policy for a period required to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Player data is not deleted upon account closure; it is archived securely in accordance with applicable data retention standards.
Players who have voluntarily closed their account without a self-exclusion request may re-register after a cooling-off period of 72 hours, subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register for the duration of their self-exclusion period. Players whose accounts were closed by 876bat due to a breach of these Terms may be permanently barred from re-registering, at 876bat's sole discretion.
Additional Provisions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 876bat, its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical fault; service interruption; data loss; or account suspension under these Terms.
876bat's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Complaints & Disputes
876bat is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the platform's service, please follow the procedure below:
- Step 1: Contact live chat support to attempt informal resolution. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage within minutes.
- Step 2: If live chat does not resolve the issue, submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". Include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant bet IDs or transaction references.
- Step 3: 876bat will acknowledge formal complaints within 2 business days and issue a final resolution within 14 business days.

Intellectual Property
All content on the 876bat platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 876bat or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 876bat content without express written permission.

Severability
